As a consultant to the FA, Roberto helped develop and deliver the new FA Psychology Courses and the NVQ for football. Roberto also worked alongside former Italian football managers Arigo Sacchi and Fabio Capello in his role, as interpreter on The Pro-License and Managers & Coaches course
